
Enza Visco
Enza Visco, a student majoring in Government (with a specialization in Law) and a minor in Data Science at Gallaudet University. Originally from Riverside, California, she is currently completing her Honors Capstone, which explores differences in employment and education outcomes between Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) individuals and hearing individuals in the U.S., with a specific focus on the Black DHH community. Enza’s work is driven by data and a deep commitment to social justice, aiming to challenge systemic inequalities and promote inclusive policy change. As a proud Deaf, biracial woman, she is passionate about bridging research and advocacy to empower historically marginalized communities.
