Melody Schwenk
Melody Schwenk is entering her second year of the Educational Neuroscience Ph.D. Program at Gallaudet University. She is originally from New York City. She has completed her BA on psychology & sociology at Stony Brook University, MA in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University, and M.S.Ed in Deaf Education from Hunter College. Currently she works in the Action & Brain Lab with Dr. Lorna Quabdt. Her research interests are now ASL influences the development of spatial cognition skills. Outside of lab she enjoys taking her two doodles to the dog beach and swimming with them!
